2008 Jeep Liberty Retractable Roof Does Not Slide

2008 jeep liberty retractable roof does not slide. I am also going through the same thing with my 2008 jeep liberty sport. Now like many who have posted here and other forums i am now the owner of a jeep liberty that has a giant hole in the roof because the top does not close. I spent all last night taping plastic trash bags to the roof with gorilla tape. As a jeep liberty owner with a sky slider i have also having ongoing issues with the slider breaking not closing or opening and being given the run around by jeep corp. The retractable roof in the vehicle is designed to slide back and expose a large open area but he says it leaks when driving with the roof closed.
