The outside door handles just stopped working for me as well.
350z outside door handle not working. I can still open the door by inserting the key and lowering the window on the driver side and open it from the inside. Driver outside door handle stopped working and about 3 weeks later the passenger outside door handle stopped working. Weird question on my 2006 350z touring convertible. Super easy fix for that issue.

The same cable used to open the door from the inside is now not working for reasons unkown to me so my door now will not open from the inside or outside. Put the key in and out 10 times then try to open the door agaiin didin t work. What s wrong if it is just a minor repair that i could do it myself instead of taking to the mechanic.
I had the same issue at least with opening from the outside and was able to fix it myself by replacing the door handle with a new one from amazon. So i was told to program the key in the ignition. In the past i have gone through two exterior door handles one for each door on the car. Fyi part s are.
I don t remember having a problem with opening from the inside though. Passenger side stopped working last week yesterday drivers side stopped working.
